LINKEDIN POST SEARCH

Opportunities start
before the job listing.

Find recent posts where recruiters and teams
are looking for people. In any profession.

We review both the profession and the post’s meaning. Ambiguous invitations remain for review; articles, ads and other professions appear in excluded posts. An opening may have closed since publication.

CANADIAN EDITION

Find the hidden job market in Canada

Some opportunities start as a LinkedIn post: a team is growing, a manager asks for a referral, or a recruiter invites people to get in touch. Post Radar helps you explore these conversations alongside your usual job search.

  1. 01

    Start with your profession

Search the title you use and equivalent names. A product manager, software developer or accountant may be described differently from one post to another.

  2. 02

    Check the context and location

Read the original post and its date. For Canadian opportunities, try Canada, Toronto, Montréal or another location in the text filter. This checks words in the post; it does not verify where a company can hire.

  3. 03

Reach the person behind the post

Open the original publication and review the author’s profile. When available, look up their work email from the post card. Confirm that the opportunity is still open before reaching out.

Does Post Radar search LinkedIn job listings?

It searches posts rather than the Jobs tab. Posts can include direct hiring announcements, referrals and less explicit invitations. A post is a lead to investigate, not a guaranteed vacancy.

Can I find a recruiter’s email?

Use “Find work email” on an accessible post. Apify searches first; if it finds nothing, you can try FullEnrich. No email is guaranteed. Contacts are looked up only when you click.

What is free?

The first 20 matching posts of a search are free. Unlocking the remaining results costs US$10 once for that search, when payments are enabled. There is no subscription.
